I am surprised that they even sent a letter out to notify anyone...

being a nevada corp they don't need to... in fact, all they had to do was announce a notice that no proxy is required and they won't be asking you for one... as majority shareholders will sweep it anyway... UC and friends already have it in the bag... so no vote required for a reverse split.
