He is not ‘stoopit’, but he obviously does not think others have the ability of independent, quality thought. I can see him now with a bloated face the color of a beet, stomping his foot, pounding on the table in front of his attorneys, and getting ready to have a real tantrum by thrashing around on the floor. From the rhetoric in the filings, someone thinks that when they speak, others should listen attentively and act accordingly. NOT!

Seriously, I do not think it is out of the realm of possibility that the EC will combine Solomon’s evaluation with a new POR authored by the EC if the discovered assets warrant such a move. I am waiting for signs of this tactic. IMO EOM
