Not so, these cheap share are here to stay. This was a scam from beginning to end. It is what is called a pump and dump. Right now we are in the after effects of the "dump". It's dead and I would never, ever invest a penny more, Paul and Lee are like Madoff, they made-off with the money and are now just tidying up the situation so there won't be SEC problems.
