i contacted Etrade yesterday concerning our divi's and this is the response i got back today.

Thank you for your message regarding EVOLUTION FUELS, INC. (EVFN).

The stock distribution referenced in your previous message was declared as of January 27, 2010. The record date was December 31, 2009. The terms were set as follows: “for every 75 shares of EVFN common share, holders will receive 1 restricted SOUTHWEST RESOURCES, INC. common share (0.01333 of a share per share). Only holders of more than 1,000 shares are eligible for the dividend.

The pay date for such a distribution has yet to be determined by the company. Please contact investor relations for further assistance regarding the matter.
