SIRI..institutional buying..

A filing late last week seemed to pave the way for Liberty to buy over 620 million shares of Sirius XM, which would increase its stake to 49.9%. I could also speculate that a contract extension with Stern may have been achieved, or that the expected Q1 numbers are better than anyone had thought.
