Bush fell well short of Washington and Jefferson, but I disagree with linking him in the SUCKS " category with Obama. Bush never set out to "Fundamentally transform America" as did Obama/

That statement would have been troubling enough without even knowing his background. Obama once said "Judge me by the people I surround myself with." OK.

In one of his books he said that in college he surrounded himself with black militants, student radicals and Marxist professors. ( not a direct quote, but close) He chose two Pakistanis as college room mates. As an adult he surrounded himself with Rev Wright and Bill Ayers. Attended Louis Farrakhan's Million Man March on Washington.

As President he appointed Van Jones as the Green Jobs Czar. Jones is a self admitted Communist. His FCC Diversity Czar speaks glowingly of Hugo Chavez amd his " wonderful revolution". His White House Communications Director, Anita Dunn told a group of high schools that one of her favorite political philosophers was Mao Tse Tung. Far left president of SEIU, Andy Stern, is the most frequent visitor to the White House.

Any one but a far left loon would have to agree that Bush is WAY closer to Washington and Jefferson than is the New Guy.
