1. Check with Tony and find out when MTCH will file its 10K

2. Ask him what the outstanding share count is, and if anyone has converted debt or options to shares in last 6 months.

3. Ask him if the loans due 12-31-2009 to Palisades are in default.

4. Ask him what his employment agreement is. He hasn't yet "revealed" that to stockholders.

5. Ask him the amount of contracts they have obtained in the almost 7 months he has been on board.

6. Ask him when their patents start running out. (If he doesn't know you can tell him the date is August 24, 2010.)


and you can ask him when he plans to file 10K for 2007 for VOIC where he abandoned the company as CEO/Chairman in April 2008 after filing a 10K NT

and finally when he plans to file the 2009 10K for GSTYE where he is also CEO/Chairman and when their website will be back up.
