You forgot to mention that if "they" cover their SHORTS and especially any naked shorts the PPS wouldn't be .20... (LOL)
It's hard to figure which to do first. The buying restrictions definately help us, but I'm sure they have "subs" finding ways around it. Buy 4.5% of shares and SHORT 2.5% I'd bet the price stays pretty low. IMO of course. :P
