That is exactly right!!! -

How can any shareholder, or prospective investor, consider the issue of Certificates a serious matter if the company can not make timely filings with the SEC.

The management MUST address the Pink Sheet matter -


- Do they not understand that many investors consider a PK status, as gutter trash.
