I'd add the DOJ to my someone to trust list. I'd also say the judge is there too. Don't know what kind of tricks might get played out, but I'm willing to deal with the consequences. The involved parties better be ready for the consequences too. If anyones left out there will just be more lawsuits and time for the truth to get out and dismantle the system. We know too much and the media hype is quiet again. IMO that's a good time to SETTLE. The only question is who settles what with who. fDIC, JPM, WMI equity, bondholders, debiters etc...
We are so much better off than when this started. However I'm sure we haven't seen the end of the BS.
