I don't know if she has that power, but if she does...YES I think she might do that. Gee we were capitalized and nobody accepts responsibility of "fixing" the situation then back it goes.
The money JPM made off of our assests...here you go...no court cases/trial and we'd be much better off PPS wise than if we get a settlement. IMO

I doubt it will happen, but I'd just like her to ask if we have a settlement with EVERYBODY on the 21st and if not... BAM SJ out of the blue and lets proceed. Watch a scramble to the smart phones on that one. (LOL)
