IMHO, no.

This is just more of the dance, and the MM's are going to try and keep this in a narrow range.

It will take more concrete news, such as THJMW approving the SJ and/or shareholders meeting to get any significant traction, but even that will be limited (and may lead to alot of sell off by those who want a quick return rather than a maximum one).

Any serious investor has to stay long on this one. If THJMW issues a SJ then it will likely be contested in appeals for years. The only option for a quick play would be if JPM comes back and offers equities a value that THJMW deems fair and that FDIC and WMI bondholders agree with.
