Some guy i have been chatting with in a stock chat room keeps telling me that IHGP is diluting because he sees a lot of 9 million block sells on his level 2. Is this true? Someone please explain to me what is going on with IHGP and is it hard to get shares at .0001 I see this stock going up because of alot of pending news and financials coming
