I understand the difference between an Equity court and a criminal court. Yes I say let the judge rule against the bondholders, let discovery proceed and kick it in gear. The last 6 months has been little more than lawyers putting dollars in their bank account. Though it is true THJMW has let her court become a mockery, I do get the very strong impression she is letting them hang themselves. Today was a prime example of when the words fall they are easy to stumble over. How interesting that today brought out some of the seemingly innocuous subtleties that go on behind closed doors. Finally there is a big difference in seizing a bank and taking and other assets. It is the and other assets this court has in its authority to determine, they should be substantial.
