You're acting like the bondholders don't have any right to want to be made right. They have real losses as well as pre-seizure shareholders. Fair is fair, even when you don't like it. Like I said, in THIS case everyone should get some recovery. If this were a regular bankruptcy, it would probably be settle and this board probably wouldn't even exist.IMO
