Interesting.

Different sites have it different ways. I thought I was right in remembering it as Dick Nixon. And that's what this site had.

And they have it on a sound clip, apparently, which I don't have time to check out tonight.

My memory was that he did say Dick Nixon. Other people obviously have that memory, too. But if anybody has time to listen to the clip, and it really is a recording of the speech, that will be definitive.

What I wonder is whether he wrote it one way and delivered it another.

Oh well.
