Rick,

I have Norton Antivirus. The email scanning is active. I am using win XP and Outlook Express. So, my question is, what happens if an email arrives with the Klez virus? How would I know it? Does a Norton window pop up and tell me to delete the email? Am I protected?

Is it better to not use the preview pane in Outlook Express? Would that help?
