Never mind the super 8k.

How about the 8-K Linda said had been already filed with the SEC in regards to rescinding of the share exchange agreement with ANHL and the new share exchange agreement with CCL?

From the shareholder letter:

"The only prudent action to take was to rescind the Share Exchange Agreement signed on March 20, 2007 with ANHL, NMTV and certain outside shareholders of NMTV and filed as an 8-K at that time. The rescinding document and the new Share Exchange Agreement with CCL have been filed as an 8-K with the SEC."

I see no new 8-K in place anywhere.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
