If you studied Wave's connections with the gov't., you would see that a number of well placed people have contributed. What you are seeing the furition of years of efforts and connections, lots of money and some amazing foresight. Still tricky but the picture is focusing in front of your eyes. We'll see if and when the computer program recognizes the pattern?
