As you mention on your post, what is the outsdanding share of mellon research? If the total share times the share value mention by the CEO 15 cents = to how much is the capitalization. Like you said, mellon will be the penny microsoft. Isn't that funny or what?
When i look through all the news and press release on mellon research, I have found out that this situation very simulate to one company in Hong kong so many years ago,(i don't remember what year)There's a big CROCODILE-CEO From USA ,he DID tne same thing, At first he forward split his company's stocks by 200-1 share to make bigger his company capitalization, and then prepare with well plan to creat some unreal, none proof news that will favorite to his company and its stocks, Then he continuesly released his well plan unreal unproof news to pump up the share prices, lure small investor to buy the stocks, when the price high enough ,the CEO sold his own share at the top price. But at end That CEO was charge by hong kong CIA and the hong stock exch. Finally that CEO was convicted the fraud and fellony, He then put in jail for many years.
