Someone a long time ago made a good point that if this were a scam why not just let the buyout (merger at the time) fall through? It would have been the perfect out. Aw shuck's lee said no sorry xtend share holders.... Just a lot of twist and turns and waiting.

Hard at this point to believe that someday we'll be looking back at this mess going this was the beginning of an unbelievable future.
