Ran Adaware SE and it found 2 tracking cookies which I deleted. Ran Spy Bot and it found DSO Exploit which I understand from reading here is a false positive. I deleted it anyway. Ran Ace and deleted junk files and registry entries. Ran diskeeper 3 times.

All the programs are up to date.

Now I clicked on the restart and it took 1:45 to load everything.

Now I did a cntrl-alt-dele and task manager is completely blank. I don't even have a box to close it. The end task,switch to and new task tabs are there but I'm blank. Noticed a little green box on the right side of the task bar. If I click on it I can put a check mark on Always on Top or click close and it shuts down the blank task manager.
