No conflict:

Lehman = biggest bankruptcy in US history

Wamu = biggest bank failure/bankruptcy

Using words like 'bankruptcy' and 'failure' make me sick to my stomach in this case, because we know Wamu never would've failed if assets were not frozen (factor in TARP on top of that), and because it was determined by the auditor that Lehman was 'forced' into bankruptcy by its competitors/creditors.
