Considering that there were (I assume)quite a few people were expecting PHILAND to have $7mil USD, and PHIE would get paid some of their fee.

All told, I think Philand was normal-no volume- and PHIE traded some good volume,(for lately) and held up ok.

Let's just hope this delay is nothing more than that, right?
