rod,,,I am going on my experience if you have not read what I have typed. I know for a fact the defendants attorney we were suing were made well aware of the complaint prior to the filing. They responded saying they felt the complaint was frivolous and our attorney filed.

Unless you experienced what I did you really have no clue what I am typing about.

I do agree with you on the serving though. Nobody has to respond to anything until they are served but sometimes rod things do happen differently.
