Actually it is showing up on OTCmarkets.com aka pinksheets.com.

I have a question for those that are more in the know than I. what does it mean on the quotes page of pinksheets.com where it says "time of last inside change" and then it saying 9:43 AM?

Edit: And 16's are up...wtf?
