Case was solved on 26 January 2010. Here is the link:

Now, as far as I know the number of outstanding shares is not above 200,000,000 shares. Unless you have objective data which explicitely mention that the number of O/S is higher.

People are assuming, predicting, fantasising, lying, ... about the number of O/S but no-one knows exactly.
Give me facts. A reverse split coming? Why? As far as objective data mention the number of O/S is not above 200M and that is too little for a R/S.

Be careful. Buy, sell, ... but only look at the facts.
-- A very low PPS is a fact.
++ Post reverse split pps was above 0.06 dollar. In the meantime no hard evidence/objective data was released which could explain the drop by a factor of +/- 10 That is a fact.

Disclaimer: I am in evfn, holding 1,5M shares (and a possible 500K future dividends)

First important and upcoming event: 9 april 2010
court case: evfn vs png ventures (look at page 2 above on status)
