squid,
sure. Here is what GTEL's ultimate goal is for the STRAT:
"Several Stratellites linked together could cover many hundreds of thousands of square miles. The Stratellite will allow subscribers to easily communicate in ``both directions'' using readily available wireless devices. In addition to voice and data, proposed telecommunications uses include cellular, 3G/4G mobile, MMDS, paging, fixed wireless telephony, HDTV, real-time surveillance and others."
My point is this. Even if they can control the ups and downs it doesn't mean all the above will come to fruition after a 60 day test. What I was trying to convey is I believe the saleability would still be there with such items as the following..
"Technologies like the Stratellite can be used for numerous military applications such as a battlefield resource, border control and surveillance, communications and homeland security"
I am not suggesting they will fail, I am suggesting monies could be made in different areas while the "ultimate" story transforms itself. GTEL is trying to accomplish something that has never been done before, it will not be a gravy run...rock
