They will d3efinetely object to those two motions of EC.
As far as I remember, those two motions are asking the judge

1) to rule on the $4B (SJ motion) and
2) to rule on share holders meeting request with the aim of choosing new BOD.

Both of them are the MAIN game changers for Rosen.
The chances they do not object to those are almost none.

If the judge rules for EC for those two motions it is a big win for EC toward getting value for the equity.
