I wish I had a nickle for every IR/PR guy of a company that gave out false outstanding share numbers.

At best, they tend to only give what's last available via SEC filing or press release.


You really think I'm making up the number 6,176,035?

And why would I do that?

I have thousands of posts never once having a lie or anything anyone should even be suspicious of being a lie. Plus I would run the risk of civil and criminal penalties posting something like that if it wasn't true. I've further demonstrated with logic via their own PRs that they were obviously concealing something AND we already know the company requested to have that info not revealed via transfer agent - which there is absolutely no reason for unless the number was different than what is thought.

6,176,035.....anyone get the transfer agent to confirm?
