The PR guy told me that there were 2,300,000 outstanding and 250,000 options out there as of a couple of days ago. Here's his e-mail. I would like to point out that in the past some of Veltex's employees have had inaccurate figures. I am not implying that Dan is incorrect, but it has happened.
