That's why the POR attempts to dismiss all claims that JPM stole the bank.

JPM wants it all. The tax refunds. The assets (i.e. wind power). A minimal payout. And idemnity.

Of course, this is the ideal opening position for them. They get everything and we get squat. Now let's talk...

I hope to god that THJMW takes one look at this BS and says we are not going to waste any more time playing this game. SJ in equities/bondholders favor and then JPM can try and convince the appealate courts that they did not conspire with FDIC to steal the bank.
