That's what I get from it... It will be interesting to see if someone can make something else of it.

A Develomental Company that is maintaing stability but at a discount for investors of various types in the next phase of coals future.

I'd like to say it will bump up in the AM but I'll have to see for myself. It would or should have running into the close if it were to but i want to be wrong on that. IMO
