Well, it really is a fairly expected outlook of where the business is at. It is easy to fixate on the current net loss (as the yahooligans are), but if you look deeper, it begins to look a bit nicer. The overall health of the company seems significantly better than last year, and if you compare the PPS, I see it as a bullish sign. They have their spending down, and they seem to be settling as a company, all good signals. It seems to me that this deal in April is make-or-break for them, and if it goes through, I wouldn't be surprised to see a PPS of 2.00+. However, if it doesn't, I am not so sure about the longevity of this company.
