Also the formula for figuring out what the cvr would be worth if they do reach their goal is also in the 10ks. Stay up till midnight like i did last night going over the merger agreement and the 10ks, so you can make an informed investment. ALSO THE INFO IN THE I BOX IS WRONG IT MAY HAVE BEEN AN INNOCENT MISTAKE BUT GET IT CHANGED PLEASE
