If app pharma reaches a total ebitda of 1.26 bln the cvr is worth something. Up to now they have an accumulated 663 million ebitda they need an additional 604 million with 4 quarters left , the first will be ending this month and will be reported in april. they need to make an average 151 million a quarter to make the cvr worth something. I dont think that is totally out of the question because there ebitda has been increasing every quarter since 2008 by 10-20 percent. the last quarter 2009 ebitda was 122 million. Please read the 10ks very carefully as that makes this story very much clearer.
