I don't agree .... I think it was written and done before 3/12 .... Think out of the box ..... He knew the EC would be voted in and he did not object ?? Why ?? Hmmmm. His first responsability is to take care of the bondholders like fish said.... Then equity. But at that current time he knew the EC would be there to protect equity ! Like I said if u thinkbout of the box it all fits in ...
