I just sent an email to cnbc's Squawkbox here it is below .




Good morning, I would like CNBC to do more research and tell the whole story when delivering a report on your news channel.  The JPM / Washington Mutual "settlement" was ONLY a proposal !   That's it !   There was no "settlement" .....   The FDIC , Judge Walrath and the Equity Committee have NOT sighned off on it, so it is very misleading when a "SETTLEMENT" announcement is stated.  Please further your research and restate the TRUTH !!!  That's if you have the guts !!!!      Thank you for your time.
