Just read through the first 20 pages of this and if anyone doesn't think this was completely staged, they need a dose of reality. Maheu was a master... he wasn't giving you anything.. Still more to go, but if the other side and those that are constantly belittling the "believing" shareholders think this matters, they are sadly mistaken..
It's time to stop grabbing at straws to make the shareholders look like idiots. If you don't like our attempt to get money, move along... and stop intruding in our effort..

JUST FINISHED READING THIS... Maheu is supposed to come off as this senile person, knows nothing, but drops hints about Entourage, TaskForce, NS Sales,..Process of getting Certs.. Can't give details, huh... but then rattles on about his medications to a tee.. He told them what he wanted... nothing.. the government didn't want the man behind the operation putting things out in public.. and he wouldn't do it anyway.. Time to admit this testimony is worthless to the SEC and to the non-CMKX believers.. To those who don't want to see this through and see if we can get some money and just keep putting everyone's efforts down with this constant condescending bull... JUST GO OUTSIDE AND BURN YOUR CERTS and put yourselves out of your misery and ours.

This deposition shoots a lot of holes in some of the rumors out there but it also provides some real facts.
If one chooses to read the whole thing you might find a interesting exchange between Ms. Hakala and Mr. Maheu with regards to Naked Shorting.
But you have to read it to understand the point of the Q & A that is going on.

I am stating that a person of the ability, connections, accomplishments of Robert Maheu
doesn't get hood-winked by some supposed second rate operation. Maheu knew they weren't going to attempt to fix the share structure or anything else with this stock. It was already in play with all the government entities involved. This was mere window dressing, bounced checks or not. The checks were mentioned to show what a supposed 'BS operation" this was so any of the other activities would have no credence as well.
Chris, I did read it.. Why wasn't Maheu questioned about his history with Hughes, the CIA, and other government agencies. Because all the topics were discussed prior to this "public" display. Trust me.. this doesn't hold any water....
Remember when Ronald Reagan testified about Iran-Contra.. He didn't know anything either.
