(Pink Sheets: VNTB.PK-News) announces it has secured Modern Products as master distributor for V-Net's Allimax® Nutraceutical Water(TM) following its phenomenal acceptance at SOHO Expo 2004. Modern Products, founded in 1925 by health-food pioneer Dr. Gayelord Hauser, is a leading provider and distributor of natural/organic foods and products in America. Modern sells directly to the largest drug chains including CVS, Walgreen's, Rite-Aid and Osco, and plans a major national campaign to introduce Allimax® Nutraceutical Water(TM) to all its numerous contacts over the next 60 days. In order to maximize the product's reach into the marketplace, Allimax® Nutraceutical Water(TM) will also be marketed through Modern Product's own network of 18 natural foods distributors.
