This is where some shareholders can't face reality. I am a shareholder and I look at "Janice Shell" as a much less threat than the plaintiffs, gurus and crazed shareholders who claim to have some type of special insight to what's going on. The "Janice Shell" clan just speak on what's inevitable or real. Some on the other boards because of their misdirected loyalty have gone to the point of being dangerous. If you don't align yourself with the UFO type belief, you will be attack verbally and who knows, maybe even stalked, I even saw where one poster thought it would be a good idea to put a bullet in one of the commentators who dare speak out against the absurdity of such claims. Could you imagine that clan in leadership roles in this country - the constitution would be burn because it offered too many freedoms to those who have a differing viewpoint.
So I guess my question in the converse is quite simple, if this CMKX payout was a sure thing, then why all the dialog, commentary, propaganda or the like, WHAT ARE THEY SO AFRAID OF? A good poker player is hard to read, maybe that's why many feel that CMKX is bluffing because not only do they have a poor poker face, they let others see enough of their hand to call it. Examples of this is when you start to notice the "faithful" waning, you have a certain plaintiff appear with grandiose words/rumors then followed by a person whose health is so bad that they should be worried about living than trying to be used or exploited by offering words of hope, faith and encouragement when in reality, they are all shallow until the next pep talk. You can only cry wolf so many times and you can really see the nervousness. Confidence doesn't have to toot it's horn, it's just there well with Hodges, Gus and gang, it's just not there.
