I can read...what's your point?

It's certain EC will object and put forth evidence that the POR is a POOR one. But how do you think the debtors are going to respond? Don't you think they have a plan?
The debtor's are going to say that they are happy with the settlement and don't want to continue litigating...and EC can not make them.

From what I understand, what EC can do is take control and continue down the litigation path...but that will be the dog fight.
