Verify it for us; I for one of many don't believe it. On another note; I have been in construction all my life and know for fact those stores should have been up andrunning by now. Just down the street from me is a small center; ground up construction started late November an all shops opened 1st of Febuary which include; a 7-11, amexican restuarant, a Verizon store, a hair Salon a realators office and three other empty spaces. So what is taking so long?

I personally have supervised and PM'ed ground up and TI's which these fall under and have never taken more then six weeks to complete a TI. thisincludes some over 65,000 square feet.
