As I started putting my thoughts together about the I/ITSEC show to share with you, I could not help but thinking also about the concurrent successful debt conversion, along with other year-end thoughts as 2004 draws to a close. Not only was there too much to accurately cover in a mere letter, I also wanted to provide you the opportunity to discuss the topics which you want answered.



This is an exciting time for the company, on multiple fronts, and thus Steve Haag and I determined it an appropriate time for another shareholders’ conference call.



As before, all topics are “fair game,” and this year there certainly is no shortage of items for discussion. Whether the topic is the new IVR 4G™ system, the Threat-Fire™ belt, the industry response at I/ITSEC, delivery schedules, sales, the debt conversion, or our plans for 2005, you have your chance to get them addressed this coming Monday.
