Just a thought---but currently we have no volume ,, no TOs and no PPS action---

When we get our first TO it will be the "proof of the pudding" and we will have volume--lots of it,, ---an active upward moving PPS and the mkt will then "discount" the next forthcomming TO and TOs ---giving us a higher capitalized market value

Why??? B/C we will have been LEGITMIZED -----
