These web pay sites were popular about 10 years ago, none of the penny stock plays that I know of from back then who tried them are still around, or they are at .0002. This genre has been already played out. It shows me how desperate the people involved here are in trying to get any kind of merger done now, even one as poor as this with this old and proven to be useless technology.
