Just wondering about Consolidated Thompson.....
Was looking for an announcement on their website as to the the PP with urst and don't find it. Probably too small an item in their world. Thought it would be good publicity for their shareholders to see us there. Also, do Canadian companies have to file these kind of transactions in an 8k or something similar? TIA
