United States Oil and Gas Corp (fka USOG)

I hear USOG and GELV are owned by the same person, but that's just what I have heard. I know if you google USOG that GELV will pop up also for some reason.

I just have a quick question, I read on here that USOG is pursuing another acquisition. How do we know about this and how did we hear?

I have been waiting on this company for about 4 months and still holding at 108,000 shares and am ready for the big run. I think once they submit their 10K or 12K for the year, whatever it is and if they do indeed have another acquisition in place, I'm ready to run in time. I agree good time to invest this week.
