Transfer Online will do it on their schedule...???

Transfer on line has been directed to do the necessary paper work with the shareholders who hold those preferred. I am sure they will do it on their schedule.

Who is running the business here? Who decides the timelines and milestones? I bet that if WTCH instructs Transfer Online to issue corporate Christmas Stock Bonuses, they'll be issues that same day.

I'm also betting that Transfer Online will do the paperwork on the Preferred when they get paid to do it.
