The preferred are being converted because it was in the corporate
records and the legal thing to do. Transfer on line has been
directed to do the necessary paper work with the shareholders
who hold those preferred. I am sure they will do it on their schedule.

I think wtch management is positioning the company for future
developmenents and did not need that issue in the way.
